At Walgreens, I mastered the art of nuanced user research and clinical-level empathy to guide patients through high-stakes digital health journeys. During my time at iHerb, I led a high-velocity culture of experimentation, running A/B tests every two to four weeks to constantly refine the conversion funnel for millions of global users. My tenure at Panasonic added a crucial layer of B2B qualitative research, teaching me how to navigate the complex needs of professional stakeholders and translate specialized feedback into functional product adjustments.

Data without action is just noise, which is why I utilize industry-leading platforms like Google Analytics, Heap, Amplitude, and Adobe Analytics to pinpoint exactly where users are dropping off in your funnel. Once we identify the "leaks," I move quickly into solution mode. I am a hands-on builder who creates my own prototypes and collaborates closely with designers in Figma to develop high-fidelity models. This allows us to get a tangible product in front of real users for usability testing early and often, validating our hypotheses before a single line of production code is written.
