1. The Weekly Leadership & Mentorship Sync
I don't just manage the product; I grow your people. I hold a recurring 1-on-1 or group session with your Product Managers and key stakeholders to unblock their work, provide expert guidance on difficult trade-offs, and mentor them on professional PM standards. This ensures your team is developing the skills needed to lead long after my engagement ends.
2. The Living Roadmap & Velocity Review
I take a 3rd-party, objective look at your development progress. I perform a deep-dive review of your current roadmap and active sprints to ensure they align with your business goals. I will provide a monthly Roadmap Health Report that identifies bottlenecks in development and highlights "at-risk" milestones before they become problems.
3. The Goal-to-Metric Alignment Audit
Great leadership is rooted in data. I help your team move beyond "vanity metrics" to focus on what actually drives the mission or the bottom line. I review your product performance against your established goals (OKRs/KPIs) and help the team pivot the strategy when the data shows a gap.
