1. Roadmap Ownership & Strategic Direction

I step in as your on-demand Head of Product to bring clarity and accountability. I own the roadmap, align it to your business goals, and make sure every feature your team builds is an intentional investment — not just the next thing on the list.

I work directly with your PMs, engineers, and designers to install the processes that let good people do their best work. I establish clear requirements, lean workflows, and feedback loops that actually function. When my engagement ends, your team is more capable than when I arrived — that's the goal.

3. Data Driven Decision Making

I help your team build the habit of letting data lead. I move you off vanity metrics and onto the numbers that actually tell you whether your product is working — and help you course-correct quickly when it isn't.

Define the KPIs and OKRs that connect product performance to business outcomes
Review product data and user behavior to surface what's actually driving (or blocking) growth
Facilitate strategy pivots when the data shows a gap between where you are and where you need to be

1. Weekly Leadership Sync

A recurring session — 1-on-1 or group — with your PMs and key stakeholders. We unblock active work, work through hard trade-offs, and build the decision-making muscle your team needs to operate independently. This isn't a status meeting. It's the hour where real product leadership happens.

2. Monthly Roadmap Review

An objective, third-party review of your roadmap and active sprints. I identify what's at risk before it becomes a problem, flag misalignments between your roadmap and your business goals, and deliver a written report your leadership team can act on. No surprises at the end of the quarter.

3. Quarterly Strategy & Goal Alignment

Every quarter we zoom out. I review your product performance against your OKRs and KPIs, assess whether your current strategy is still the right one, and facilitate the conversation about what needs to change. This is the checkpoint that keeps the engagement honest and your team pointed in the right direction.
