This involved designing product strategies that bridged the gap between complex health experiences and rewarding user engagement. At iHerb, I spent over five years defining the roadmap for 0-to-1 eCommerce products that expanded the company’s reach to 180 countries. I was responsible for mobile products that generated over $500 million in annual revenue, managing everything from user experience to global distribution at a scale of 25 million monthly sessions.
