Product Launchpad

Depending on the scope, this could be 6 weeks or 6 months. Starting at $15,000.
1. Validate the Idea
Most product failures happen before a single line of code is written — because no one asked the right questions first. I help you pressure-test your concept against real market signals, define who your first user is, and ruthlessly cut everything that isn't the core value. We will follow my H.U.M.A.N framework.
Define your target user and the one problem your product solves for them
Map the critical user journey — from first touch to the moment they get value
Scope your true MVP: the smallest version of your product that earns trust and proves the concept
Establish your "North Star" metric — the one number that tells you if this is working
2. Design the Build Strategy
You don't need to figure out the technical path alone. I design a build approach matched to your budget, timeline, and team — and I can bring in trusted development partners when it's time to build, or hand off a tight brief to your existing team.
Identify the right build path for your stage — no-code, low-code, or custom development — so you spend money where it moves the needle
Identify where AI can eliminate manual work from day one (customer support, onboarding, content, search)
Create a feature prioritization framework so your team always knows what to build next and why
Set up the feedback loops that will tell you what to fix in the first 30 days after launch
3. Build Go-to-Market (GTM) Plan
A product without a distribution plan is invisible. I help you design a practical, channel-specific launch strategy tailored to your industry — eCommerce, health tech, nonprofit, or DTC — so you reach your first real customers quickly and learn from them fast.
Define your launch channels and sequence — where your first users actually are
Set up the essential analytics so you know exactly where users convert, drop off, and come back
Build a 30/60/90-day launch roadmap with clear milestones and accountability checkpoints
Prepare your messaging: the one sentence that makes your target customer say "I need that"
The Deliverables
The plan typically goes like the below (adjustable):
1. Discovery Sprint (Week 1)
We kick off with a structured deep-dive into your idea, your market, and your users. I interview you and any key stakeholders, review any existing research or data, and map the competitive landscape. This is where we separate the assumptions from the facts.
2. MVP Definition (Week 2)
We define exactly what Version 1.0 is — and just as importantly, what it isn't. I facilitate a working session to prioritize features, define your North Star metric, and produce a scoped MVP brief your team or a developer can immediately act on.
3. Build Strategy (Week 3)
I design the right build approach for your team, budget, and timeline — whether you're handing this to a developer, using a no-code tool, or integrating AI from the start. I document every decision so there's no ambiguity when building begins. If you need a development team, I can connect you with trusted partners I've worked with.
4. Prototype & Validation (Week 4-6)
Before full development begins, we validate the core concept with an AI-generated prototype — a working, interactive version of your product you can put in front of real users. I run structured feedback sessions to confirm we're building the right thing and catch costly mistakes before they become code.
5. Go-to-Market Plan & Launch Kit (anytime)
We build everything you need to take the product to market and get your first customers. This is your operational playbook for the launch window — channels, messaging, tracking, and a 90-day iteration roadmap so you know what to do after the launch high wears off.
